Honda’s sporty CR-V is the compact crossover that has been capturing our customers’ attention at Music City Honda for several decades. Now that you are eager to finalize your SUV purchase plans, 2021 CR-V’s exciting trim line-up may focus your full attention on the 2021 CR-V’s exciting trim line-up. A great place to start your CR-V research is to check out the similarities and differences between the two options: the LX and the EX.

Both the CR-V LX and EX are equipped with a 190-horsepower I-4 turbo engine. The engine is combined with a continuously variable transmission that comes with a sport driving mode. Notably, the EX is also available with a hybrid powertrain. If you choose the hybrid option, your CR-V EX will receive 143 horsepower from an I-4 engine linked with a battery-powered motor. The CVT transmission in the hybrid EX has deceleration selectors and a sport driving mode.

The 2021 CR-V LX and EX have almost identical facades with only a few modest differences. This smaller Honda model has athletic touches throughout, and these elements are balanced by chrome accents, black molding, and solid personality features. The LX has two-speed wipers, power-adjusting side mirrors, a roof-mounted antenna, remote entry via the fob, and halogen headlights with auto on-off functionality explicitly. If you step up to the EX trim level, the hybrid version will have LED lights. Both versions of Honda’s popular CR-V EX have LED fog lamps, rear privacy glass, a security system, a power moonroof, and a few extra features that you can appreciate in person when you visit Music City Honda soon.

The LX trim level for the 2021 CR-V is loaded with all of the modern essentials. These include cloth seats, a small LCD screen, Bluetooth functionality, a USB port, auto climate management, speed-sensitive volume control, and a few other items. The EX adds onto these features with premium items like heated seats, blind-spot monitoring, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, SiriusXM tech, and an extra USB port.

Our Music City Honda sales reps are ecstatic about showing off the 2021 CR-V’s trim levels. We invite you to stop by for a tour of the showroom and a CR-V test drive soon.
