Terrible customer service (think being left standing in the car bay for 10 minutes with employees ignoring you before one finally tells you to wait in your car and someone will be out in 10 minutes or so). Worse, they attempted to have me buy four tire sensors by lying and saying that they can’t tell which sensor is bad. I called them out on that being false, that their testing equipment can easily identify which sensor is bad (they didn’t realize can know about cars and just not want to do the work themselves.

I would strongly recommend taking your vehicle to another service center. This place does a better job at gaslighting customers than servicing cars. My Accord hybrid was having issues with significant surging/bucking at higher speeds. They called me back the same day I dropped it off telling me that they couldn’t find anything wrong with the vehicle. The Assistant Service Manager (Joshua Taylor) told me that the bucking was normal for the vehicle and tried to convince me that I somehow just hadn’t noticed it in the year+ that I’d owned the vehicle. Don't expect too much after the purchasing a vehicle. Can hardly get in to service our car. Bought a service contract that that we couldn't use because every time I took the car in for even a simple oil change it took hours and hours. I went to cancel the service contract since we paid cash for it. They couldn't just cancel it and refund our money. They financed it into the car note. xxx. I contacted Music City Honda as the back panel of my driver's seat came off. A plastic clip was broken at the base and it is a 2012. So I asked about getting replacement clips for it. Almost the perfect bait and switch. I had communicated repeatedly that I wanted an out the door price, and confirmed it before driving 45 minutes with my daughter to check out a car they had. While i liked some the vehicles i was looking at, i found that the sales crew was overly aggressive and i wanted to leave after the first one came to me. I wasnt in the car lot for 2 minutes and as a slowly drove thru to look, a salesman knocked on the car window making all kinds of offers and we were not even ready to talk to someone. I would feel better if i approached the salesperson for help when i was ready.

I bought a used car from this dealership, within a month I had it at the mechanic and found it needed a new ECM/Computer and that part is not available. Sold my daughter a 2018 Ford and 6 months later transmission went out and cost $6000 to fix it. Warranty didn’t cover the transmission…….so it’s just sitting at the dealership while she continues to have to make payments on a vehicle that shouldn’t have broke down 6 months after purchasing.

Quoted me over $600/mo for a 36 month lease. Either they think a Civic Si will only be with around $4,000 the end of the lease, or they had no interest in working with me at all. They should have just told me that rather than wasting so much of my time.

While traveling to Nashville for the Music City Grand Prix in August we had a problem with our 2007 Honda CR-V. We had our CR-V towed to Music City Honda to have the problem diagnosed. We were told it was a starter failure and then later told we also needed a battery. We paid over $1000 for the starter replacement. When we returned to South Carolina, the problem replicated itself and I discovered it was due to problem with the ignition fuse, not the starter. The list price of my vehicle was $47,090. That included destination and handling. For the upgraded floor mat etc packages we agreed on a walkout price of 51,514 which included tax. I purchased the extended warranty for 2695, Which should have brought my total to $54209.14. Through my own stupidity I did not catch the difference of an extra $1050. added on the paperwork .I had a migraine and trustingly signed the paperwork. I canceled the extended warranty and they have yet to refund the taxes they charged on that warranty. My own fault for not scrutinizing the paperwork but darn I feel so scammed!!! ...

Worst service ever! If I could give no stars I definitely would! Not only was the car I got from them only drivable for 4 hours, they didn’t send my title or my tag to the right place after asking multiple times! I purchased a new Honda CR-V from Music City Honda this month and would highly recommend this dealership. I was very pleased with the extremely personable and knowledgeable sales person, Cheyenne Moon. I had been researching several different cars and decided on my (second) CR-V because the experience was so pleasant. Cheyenne showed me how to use some of the features and followed up with texts and phone calls to ensure I was comfortable using all the new features.

Nice very new dealership. Buying any car is a painful tedious experience. This is as good as it gets. Think I got a reasonable deal on the new Passport but left money on the table. This real estate has been home to one of the first Honda Dealer in Nashville if not the first.. They are now moving to another location out of the area leaving those of us that have been faithful for years high and dry..without service accustomed to.. Obviously an effort to obtain more of the market share in new car sales.. I will not be going back to Music City Honda, not because of their lack of service, but because of distance and their lack of concern for their older clientele's need. When I checked my car in for a flat tire repair I told the check-in tech I had fa lat tire due to a nail and it probably needed plugged. She said it would take long. Customer service saw our 2015 Odyssey no fewer than 6 times and the malfunction remains exactly the same. Unknowingly, I bought a lemon from Crest Honda with a major transmission issue.
